Dr. Mentz honored to be listed among "America's Top Plastic Surgeons". He was among a select few that have earned this prestigious recognition by Consumers' Research Council of America.

Dr. Mentz and Dr. Patronella have worked together to improve the safety of combined breast lift and implant surgeries. The innovative strategy allows for staged inflation of the implant in order to reduce the tension on the breast tissue during the healing phase. This technique was presented by Dr. Mentz at the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons in 2007. Dr. Mentz and Dr. Patronella continue to work in this area to improve the safety of this operation for their patients.

Dr. Mentz reviews the latest techniques on Abdominal Etching, an innovative technique that he developed in 1992 used to enhance athletic contours for men.
