58 year old woman who underwent bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasties (eyelid lifts) and endoscopic browlift.  Two small, dissolvable internal anchors were used to maintain the elevated brow position.  External anchor devices or screws were not used, allowing for better and faster healing of her scalp incisions and less risk of scalp repressions and hair loss.
