This 30 year old female was concerned about the size of her breasts. She desired smaller, more uplifted appearance.  This patient underwent a vertical reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction) to decrease the size of her breasts and alleviate her symptoms of discomfort from the large breasts.  Visually, this brings her breast size into aesthetic balance with her torso.  The reduction gives an uplifted appearance and better shape to the breasts.  The vertical technique also involves a smaller total incisional length with a complete avoidance of the traditional inframammary incision.

HT: 5'6"   WT: 181 lbs   AGE: 48 years   BRA SIZE: 38 DD to 38 C

Note:  This photo set represents a typical result after 3 - 4 weeks.  Over the next few weeks/months the scar will be less red and smoother.  The patient is very happy with with the new size and shape of her breasts.
