This 33 year old female had previous subglandular breast implants years ago.  She presented to the office unhappy with the appearance of her implants due to the capsular contraction and visible rippling of the implants.  She underwent removal of breast implants with a partial capsulectomy and replacement of new breast implants in the subpectoral pocket to diminish the implant visibility and rippling.

This patient's chief complaint was her flat buttocks. She came to Dr. Boynton to discuss her options and together they decided fat grafting was a better option than butt implants. Dr. Boynton's artistic approach to this patient's needs gave her not only a more rounded and fuller buttocks but also created a lifting effect. The fat used in the buttlift procedure was harvested from the patient's abdomen, hips and thighs via liposuction. This patient was very happy with the final results as well as the added benefit of a smaller waist, hips and thighs.

This patient underwent vertical reduction mammoplasty (breast reduction), suction lipoplasty (liposuction) of the flanks and inner and outer thighs, as well as an abdominoplsty (tummy tuck).
