This 37 year old patient is very active and has prominent muscular development from lifting weights and exercise.  She wanted to feel more "feminine" and have more breast fullness that was in proportion to her chest size.  She underwent a subpectoral breast augmentation with 330 cc implants inflated to 360 cc on the right and 330 cc implants inflated to 380 cc on the left.  She went from a 34A to a 34C.  She now has a natural amount of fullness that balances her body frame.

This patient in her early 20s was unhappy with the size of her breasts as well as the projection of her nipples (a condition known as "inverted nipple").  The patient chose a moderate sized implant which Dr. Boynton placed under the pectoral muscle through a small incision hidden in the inframammory crease.  Dr. Boynton was also able to give this patient the nipple projection she lacked.
